What you get
Each report is built from public social media profile data and organized so you can scan the big picture first, then dig into the details when needed.
A short summary of notable factual findings, such as audience position, publishing pace, strongest recent content, or repeated peer patterns.
Current follower or subscriber position by platform, compared with the selected watchlist when available. Recurring reports can also show change since the previous snapshot.
A profile-by-profile view of public audience size, available profile details, and platform links.
Top content by platform and format, ranked by available public metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, saves, or reactions.
Recent public posts, reels, videos, and shorts included in the report window, ordered by publication date.
Common words and hashtags found in available captions, titles, descriptions, and post text.
Observed posting volume and publishing pace during the reviewed period.
Visible action language found in reviewed content, such as booking, ordering, visiting, calling, or messaging.
Choose who to monitor
You choose the public social media profiles to monitor. Reports are clearest when each report contains similar profiles, such as one location, one market, or one brand watchlist.
Watchlist 01
Compare similar businesses in the same city, niche, or market. See public audience position, publishing activity, visible engagement, and top-performing content.
Watchlist 02
Monitor larger or more active brands in your category to see what they publish, which formats they use, and what gets visible engagement.
Watchlist 03
Use separate reports for different locations, brands, markets, competitor groups, or category-leader watchlists.
Report groups by plan: separate groups keep comparisons cleaner.

How it works
Step 1
Fill out the short form with your contact details and basic business context.
Step 2
We'll email simple instructions for sending the public social media profiles you want included, such as competitors, category leaders, locations, or brands.
Step 3
SocialBriefly reviews the public social media profiles and sends your report link by email. The first snapshot gives you a baseline; monthly reports can show what changed since the previous snapshot.
Step 4
If the report helps, choose a monthly plan and update the profiles or report groups you want tracked.
Simple Monthly Social Monitoring
No dashboard required
SocialBriefly sends the report by email, so you do not need another dashboard, login, or software tool to check.
Easy to share
Send the report link to an owner, manager, agency, freelancer, or marketing assistant so everyone can review the same social media snapshot.
Built for quick review
Each report is organized into clear sections, making it easier to scan public social activity without checking every Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube profile manually.
Works even if you post lightly
Even if your business is not posting often, the report can still show audience position, peer activity, and what more active businesses in your category are publishing.
Useful before content planning
Review what similar businesses, competitors, and larger category brands published recently before deciding what your own team should post next.
No long-term contract
Start with a free social media snapshot, then continue with monthly reports only if the information is useful for your business.
Plans and pricing
Plans are based on how many public social media profiles are monitored, how many recent public posts are reviewed per profile, and whether you need one or multiple separate report groups.
Prices are in USD. The displayed price is the total amount charged by SocialBriefly. We do not currently add VAT or card-processing fees. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.
Free Snapshot

Lite Plan
For one focused profile group.
Starter Plan
For separate locations or profile groups.
Plus Plan
For larger profile groups and deeper content review.
Custom Plan
For larger profile lists, custom report groups, or higher-frequency reporting.
How are social media profiles counted? One public profile on one platform counts as one social media profile. For example, one business tracked on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok counts as 3 social media profiles.
Client-owned profiles and monitored competitor, category-leader, or inspiration profiles all count toward the plan limit.
Profile limits apply across all report groups in the plan, not per report. For example, the Starter Plan includes up to 75 total social media profiles split across up to 2 monthly reports, and the Plus Plan includes up to 150 total social media profiles split across up to 4 monthly reports.
Reports work best when each report group contains similar accounts. Use separate monthly reports for different locations, brands, markets, competitor groups, or category-leader groups.
Separate monthly reports are sent together once per month. They do not mean weekly or multiple delivery dates; they mean separate report pages for different report groups.
